about the foundations
To build a strong house, you must start with the foundation. My training philosophy revolves around these four principles. I believe each of these pillars are important to incorporate to build a strong and healthy body.
Building strength and muscle for our bodies is the best return on investment we can make for our health. Through Haley’s Training Foundations (HTF), I’ll teach you how to train based on the desired goal. I want you to love the way you lift, and feel empowered throughout the process.
Everyone has a capacity of how much your body can handle, and everyday we place load on our bodies that cost our body energy. Increasing your capacity happens through addressing limitations, improving your recovery and thoughtful programming making your body more resilient of daily loads.
If strength is a new car, mobility is the insurance policy. Learn to achieve active range of motion and create stronger joints that are more resistant to injury with HTF methods. Our ultimate goal is to move well forever, and mobility is the key.
Understand the ‘why’ behind your workouts and become invested in your progress with thoughtful programming. I promise to meet you where you are and explain the process along the way. You have the desire to improve and I have the road map to get you there.
