Program Details

  • 12 month long program built in 4 week phases, including deloads

  • train 4x per week

  • 45-60 minute sessions including warm up, workout, and cool down

  • demo videos linked directly to exercise

  • includes monthly check-in and phase review emails

This program is perfect for women who are ready to ditch random workouts and start building a foundation of fitness through a well-developed program. Our goal is to make exercising enjoyable while building strength, mobility, and performance results.

HTF Team is programmed in 4 week training phases. Each month focuses on a primary goal using progressive overload, forcing gradual adaptation and results.

The program is 100% online and delivered through an app on your smartphone. You will use the app to access your weekly workouts, film videos, and communicate with me, Haley, your coach!

HTF Team is a monthly subscription, and charges are made on a recurring basis. You can cancel anytime.
